By connecting with their physical selves, actors can achieve states, enhance their expressiveness, and develop a richer awareness of their surroundings, rhythm, timing, and essential acting components. Once a strong foundation is established, Artemy carefully focuses on the intricate details, allowing students to gain complete control and express themselves freely and naturally.
This encompassing approach helps actors realize their full potential through diciplined and detailed work.

BIOMECHANICS

ACTING - WORKER

Artemy views the actor as a worker committed to continually improving their skills. It's crucial to cultivate a positive, productive, and collaborative workplace environment. By setting aside the ego commonly linked to acting, genuine artistry can thrive on stage, benefiting not only the individual but also broader network they belong to. This philosophy encourages a spirit of unity collective purpose in the creative journey.

Looking outwards is essential for growth. Excessive introspection can tangle oneself in doubt,privacy and egoism; leading to performances that lack energy and engagement. This does not benefit the director, the audience, or the actor. Embracing a wider perspective fosters a more vibrant, captivating and lasting performance.
